Josh did a nice job - very polite and efficient. A few pet accident spots were on our older carpets and we couldn't get all of them out, but he worked hard on it and gave it his best effort. We're happy with the results yet again from Zerorez.

I appreciated that your technicians let us know when they would arrive at our house. They were very polite and did an excellent job on cleaning the tiles and grout in our master bathroom, kitchen and laundry room.
