I like that you have different services, not just carpet cleaning. It is more convenient to have one company to do several things. The people who cleaned my carpets and flooring did a great job last Thursday and the people who did my air ducts and dryer vent a few weeks ago did a good job, too.
I had my AC ducts cleaned and I like the UV light that I had installed. The workers were very knowledgeable and polite. I have already recommended Zerorez to my neighbors.
Technicians are hard working professionals that want to please their customers. Taylor was on time and did an excellent job. We had about half our tile cleaned and all the carpets. Wow…the floors look, feel and smell great! Next time we’ll have all the tile done along with the carpets. Great job Taylor, thank you.
I requested the carpet cleaning technician, Corey, to clean my carpet because his customer service skills are exceptional. Once again, he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my carpets were immaculate. I've had bad luck with carpet cleaners in the past and Corey has restored my faith in the carpet cleaning process. Thank you Corey!

The technician was so hopeful and friendly. He acknowledged problem areas and treated them properly. We were pleased with the results.
The guy was great. He knew what he was doing, and he explained to me the process And the equipment he was going to use. I was hopeful that he would be able to get into most of the areas. Unfortunately, the only tool he had was the circular pressure washer (lack of a better term). He was unable to get close to the edge of the transitions, behind the fridge, under the cabinets, and behind the toilet. So there are several areas where the grout is still dark. I plan to do it myself with something more abrasive and smaller so I can get into those areas. My suggestion is to equip your workers with additional tools to get into those tight places. When I hire a company to clean tile, I expect all of the tile to be clean.
Again, this is not the guys fault. He was polite and told me pretty much what to expect. I’m just disappointed in Rees because I thought you would have additional tools to get into those tight places.
The technician, Colton, cleaned carpet, tile, rugs and couch effectively with professionalism in a timely, courteous manner. He discussed additional services with me at my request without pressure for services I did not want. I will use ZEROREZ again.

Whether the technician in new to the homeowner or one from a recent visit, the high quality and professionalism is ever present.
Your technician was fine. Friendly, etc. However, the quality of the work was not as I expected. This wasn't due to lack of effort, it was due to lack of tools. For shower glass cleaning, your technicians need to have a dual action / orbital polisher with glass pads, along with glass polish (which he had). Digging around on the internet you can find this. Based on the equipment needed, time, effort, etc., I chose to try your service, but at $600, I would be able to buy 2 or 3 of everything I need, put in an hour of work, and got better results. I was shocked at the price you quoted, but at a $250 base to have the tech leave, I was committed. I won't be using your service again.
