Reduce your prices
I had my sofa cleaned a few weeks ago and it did not look much better. Dawn called and sent Dell out at no charge to correct the situation. The 11 year old sofa looks close to new! Thank you.

This was Zerorez's second visit in one week - Corey serviced the 1st visit which was full house carpet cleaning and he did an excellent job; Robert serviced the 2nd which was one of the bedrooms and hall had to be redone due to an accident after cleaning. During both visits, Corey and Robert made inspections, explained exactly what process, products and treatment were going to be applied. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. We were very pleased with the results for both visits. This type of excellent customer service goes a long way and helps a customer to know that not only are you are getting what you pay for, but professionals are doing their job!!
No chemicals but still gets stains out
The technicians are always the best. They make sure that they find out what my concerns are, they take care of my home by using footies to cover their shoes and put up corner guards so that they do not harm the corners of my walls. Also, I like the fact that detergents are not used on my carpets.
My furniture & carpets are clean. They do not attract dirt. Robert calls ahead. We discuss what needs to be done & prices. He does not try to sell me more than I can afford. He finishes in an amazingly short time. I highly recommend ZeroRez.
