Morgan worked hard, doing his best. He was not helped with the information he needed to get to the right place, park and extend hoses an extra distance into to a unit of this continuing care community. I think you owe him some compensation for the extra time needed. You will be doing this often with Vicar's Landing. Coordination before with our housekeeping office and preparation for parking, hose lengths and "wet" signs (hose locations elderly residents must cross; seven signs were provided by housekeeping for this job) is needed.

They were professional, provided quality service, on time and they were quick. Nothing more I could ask for.

Too many things went wrong with the process. I was told you could remove stains but it did not happen. From the first step my billing was incorrect, what I asked for on the phone and what the tech had on the order was completely wrong. Took us longer to get it straighten out, and the work did not accomplished what I was after. Second company like this I have tried and was disappointed in both companies. Better off renting a machine and doing it myself.

Efficient, courteous, reasonably priced

The two service techs that came out were extremely professional and courteous, offered to help move a few things that were in the general area, we have a 2-year-old that constantly spilled things on the carpet we were worried about a few stains that wouldn't come up , after they finished the carpet look brand new even with the few stains that we were worried about. The professionalism, courteousness and the finished results is well worth the price. I would highly recommend Zerorez! And I personally will use them in the future. Thank you to the team of Zerorez for the great Job!!!!!

Ramiro and his partner were awesome. Very polite and they explained everything to me. I have already recommended them to a friend. Even though I added additional items to my service, I felt that I was getting what I needed to have done......not over sold. I have been very pleased with the their cleaning service. On time and the carpets looked really good when finished.

Branson and Joshua were very professional and courteous. They explained the process and show me two stains that would definitely not come out of the carpet on our stairs. Unfortunately as the rest of the carpet dries, we found more stains around the dining room table that did not come out. However my wife was able to remove my be of them with very little effort. What is the policy on having some one come out and spot check.

Clear direction on what needed to be done. Russell shared other processes for cleaning rugs and he and Eddie who he was training did a fantastic job.
