Good work
Been a customer for about 7 years. The level of service you receive is completely about the technician that shows up. We were lucky to get Eddie. Top notch tech from the front door to the completion. Unfortunately Eddie was the replacement for the original tech that was supposed to show up. The original tech made us feel like he was doing us the favor, and that are business and time we're not important.
Contacted Zerorez after my attempts to clean up my carpets after an incident with my pet being sick. Zerorez was able to come in and clean my carpeting removing all spots and making all my carpets clean and looking great. The technician Joshua was both friendly and professional doing an excellent job efficiently. I am well pleased with the job done by Zerorez and would recommend them for your cleaning needs.

Very easy company to work with. I was able to schedule the day I wanted and they hit the front end of the window. They texted me when they were on their way and showed up on time. My carpet cleaning tech was super nice and did a great job. I’m totally satisfied.
