We can't prove anything but my sons $ 2000.00 dollar computer was missing after the techs left. We went through the house multiple times and it isn't here. I won't bad mouth your company but I won't recommend your vent cleaning service to anyone. I know ya'll check your employees and they did a great job, but my son was visiting us and he has his own business and all his customers information is on that laptop. He had to buy another computer yesterday and will have to download all the information again when he gets home.

Side note: He confirmed the appointment with updates on his arrival. Carefully brought in his equipment to avoid potentially damaging walls. He was courteous, polite, and professional.

Zerorez has very good customer service! The ladies in the office are very professional and accommodating each time I call. I asked for someone to come out and look at our office tile that was recently cleaned because of some concerns I had. You sent Michael out today and he was a very good representative for your company. He shared some of my concerns and stayed for hours and made sure that we were satisfied before he left. We will definitely schedule again with Zerorez!
Stains did not come out, which was the experience I had last time I scheduled a cleaning.
