Compared to Stanley Steamer you are hands down better. Jacob was very professional and very likable. We will request him in the future.
Our technician, Jake was very professional and patiently explained the entire cleaning process. He explained the difference between cleaning with soap and the Zero residue system. He did an excellent job on our carpets and on our couch and recliners. We were very impressed with the results. Jake was right. Everything was clean without being stiff or sticky! We will recommend Zerorez to everyone in our 55+ community!!
Attempt to leave less "wet" which would greatly improve "dry" time.....
Make sure to Open EVERY closet door in order to "CLEAN" those areas that lie under the door.

Drying time and the service techs do a great job.
I had the most pleasant experience with Eddie. He explained the process to me as he went, and even showed me what was pulled up from my carpet. Makes me want to have it cleaned every 3 months!! He included me, which I really appreciated.
As for the product, I’ve always enjoyed the fact that carpet dries so much more quickly with Zerorez, than with other carpet cleaning companies who saturate the carpet with water. I have already recommended Zerorez to co-workers, and will continue to do so. Thank you, Eddie and Zerorez!
