Very polite, efficient, and thorough.
My carpet was cleaned very well.
I was relieved to find a local upholstery cleaning business that didn’t use toxic chemicals to clean the glider I will be using in my baby’s nursery.
I appreciated how quickly I could get an appointment and my tech, Gabe, was friendly.
I decided to go ahead and use the fabric protector on the glider for obvious reasons and when I asked about the chemical composition was reassured it was safe and any smell would be very temporary (about an hour).
I was very disappointed that days later the nursery still smelled so strongly despite opening windows and having multiple air purifiers going nonstop. I feel like a bait and switch took place and, I regretted my decision.
I also don’t see any noticeable difference in the glider in terms of dirty spots. It looks as dingy to me as it did prior to the cleaning.
We also chose to clean a wool rug which I was satisfied with.

I would highly recommend Zerorez for carpet and rug cleaning. It was so easy to schedule my appointment, they understood my needs, I have 4 dogs. Luis came out and went above and beyond his call of duty. There were no hidden fees, AND my carpets and rug look brand new.
Again, I would highly recommend this company, and when I need them again, I'll ask for Luis, he did a great job.

Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner I'll use! Always professional, courteous, and thorough. The stain treatment is my favorite part! Nothing, and I mean NOTHING stains my carpet with this treatment - blueberries, strawberries, ketchup, mustard, chocolate, coffee, pizza, nothing!
Great customer service
I am very pleased with my carpet cleaning! My service providers called ahead, on the earlier side of my appointment window, letting me know they were on their way. They were very polite, friendly, clean cut and respectful. They explained things very well to me - very knowledgeable and were not pushy about upselling (which I VERY much appreciate). My carpet had stains on it from over 9 years ago and they were able to get almost all of it up - can barely see two small problem areas. It looks amazing. I’m so pleased with everything - thank you!
He was very professional and courteous. The carpet is nice and clean. A little furniture moving was needed and he had no problem moving it all.
