Joseph was cordial, worked hard and efficiently and did a good job of explaining why the extra charge for carpet protector would be worth it. He got out every spot we were concerned about. In the end, the carpet looked beautifully clean.

My only suggestion is to warn customers that the carpet might pucker for a couple days as it (or the pad) dries out. Our wool carpet had a significant pucker the full length the room for more than 48 hours and we were very alarmed. When I called Joseph he suggested the pucker might have been there before (it wasn't) and he suggested it might be the result of being an older pad under the wool carpet. Neither suggestion was very reassuring! Fortunately, when my husband called the ZeroRez office the woman who he spoke with assured us that this happens sometimes and that after the pad dries it would most likely revert to normal. We felt much better, and by the third day it looked fine.

My carpet was cleaned well. Joseph was courteous and very friendly. He asked if I had any special concerns and was very conscientious .
