I stopped by the Zerorez office to inquire about having my carpets cleaned and spoke with Heather, the customer service representative. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. She answered all of my questions and provided further information about the cleaning process. I set an appointment on the spot. Unfortunately or fortunately my house closed sooner than anticipated and the schedule could not be accommodated. In any event Heather provided outstanding service and was a great ambassidor for Zerorez.
