Daniel was a very hard worker who did a beautiful job. Overall very impressed. The only thing that has been a little difficult is my big area rug really struggling to dry. It may just be that it is such a thick pile and he flushed really well (appreciated.) Hopefully it will dry out before it gets musty. Think the fans I have on it are working.

We were very pleased with the work done in our condo. He was neat, timely, knowledgeable and personable.

I use Zerorez regularly to clean my carpets due to a dog with bladder control issues. He continues to re-soil the carpet between cleanings but it's nice to have them cleaned to at least help with overall cleanliness in the house.

My 14 year-old carpet looks practically brand new after our Zerorez cleaning. The technician, Auggie was prompt and analyzed the problem areas before starting the procedure. He was very friendly and professional. He got to the service right away and in no time at all was giving me after-care instructions which are very helpful. I won’t hesitate to use Zerorez again.
