My carpet looked great and the technician was super friendly and very customer oriented! He took a picture while he was working of the carpet downstairs where we keep the two boxer dogs and it looked incredible the before and after shot. Pleased customer here.

The technician was extremely knowledgable and polite and explained the entire process that he would be completing. He was extremely thorough in his cleaning and made sure to talk to me about after care of my newly cleaned couch. He also spent time answering a couple questions about other issues in our home and gave several options for treatment. He wasn't pushy which I entirely appriciated. The citrus smell that was left behind after the carpets were cleaned. Helps bring out the cleanliness of the apartment that I am moving out of.
