Your representatives were polite and kept the appointment time frame scheduled. I received the call before they showed up like your company said they would. Temperature in my house feels like it should now that the ducts are clean and I have proper airflow. I have less dust in my house and just wish that I would have had the service done when I moved into the home in February.
