What do you like about our products and services?

My first experience with Zerorez. I liked that they arrived at the scheduled time and it took less than two hours to clean all four of my bedrooms including pet treating. They look and smell great!

I had several stubborn stains on my light tan carpet and Zerorez cleaned them right up. My carpet looks great. And my husband said that light tan carpet, four kids, a dog and two cats was a distaster waiting to happen. It may be, but I know Zerorez will take care of any mess my household makes. Thank you,

No soap residue, and nice soft carpets when you are finished. The carpets dry pretty quickly, too.

I think both technicians did a fine job. They were respectful of our home and our time. I very mUch appreciated the phone calls letting me know they were running late and again when they are 10 minutes out. I wish more companies did that!

I called Zerorez for the first time because I had heard it advertised on Van and Bonnie and wanted my rugs to still feel soft like they were and not scratchy from the soap residue. Also, I wanted to get rid of the allergens for my husband's sake and and get them clean for all our sakes. They came and cleaned and I am happy as a clam. thank you so much for coming clear to Roland, I had waited for several years to call you because you were only in the Des Moines area for so long. They worked quickly and it looks so good. thank you, Judy
