I like the way my carpet feels when it has been cleaned by Zerorez.

This was the second time we have used your service. It was over a year ago when we first used your service. Our business is an extremely dusty environment. Our office gets people tracking in from the plant and the warehouse. We had some water issues also with all the rain that we have had that had left spots on the carpet. After you came in this past weekend, the spots are gone, the office smells 100% better and the floors look better than before! The tile in the bathrooms and hallway look much better than after the first time we used you. Possibly the second application of your product has continued to make improvements! Thanks

Your service rep was very nice and informed. He did a good job erxcept for under the edge of a piece of furniture in the bedroom. We had a problem getting our carpet dried in the dining room and living room but I am not sure that was his fault.

Like the fact that there is no residue left in carpet. This was the first time we used Zerorez and are happy so far.
