Great service tech
I have a dog with allergies, so the cleaning process that is used is very pet friendly. The service was great! I got a call 30 minutes before arrival, he was right on time. He covered the process that would be used, asked if I had any questions, asked if I had any areas of concern before he began. When he was done, he cleaned up and put his equipment away and we did a walk thru. Everything looked clean and smelled fresh. He had some recommendations to extend the life of my carpet. I've used Zerorez the past 3 times Ive had my carpets cleaned....highly recommend!
