My technician was prompt, courteous, and informative. He also advised me of my options and gave me a total before he started the work. When I declined certain services because I'm replacing the carpet soon - he didn't pressure me or change his attitude toward me. He involved me in the process by saying "hey come check out before and after," when half of a room was done.
I've heard your ads for years it seems on WHO and I've always wanted to see how different your approach was. Now I know! It's not just shampoo and hot water for a temporary fix. This cleaning feels and smells FRESH. Not ironicall like there's "zero res(idue)". Sorry for the cheese.

The suggestion I'd make is for the office help: They didn't return a phone message left and had to call a 2nd time. When my husband called, they had made note of the tech we wanted but were sending someone else.
