Workers looked at the space to be cleaned and gave us advice re: pet and other stains. They were efficient, obviously knowing exactly what to do. The carpets look great.

I like that the cleaning method is free of soaps and chemicals. The employee who cleaned our carpets, Jalen, was very professional and thoroughly explained the process and different options for cleaning pet stains. He did a fantastic job! Very friendly, but I was gone when he completed the job. There are a couple of areas I would like him to come back and re-do. Is that a possibility?
