The Zerorez technician was very prompt and curtiuos. He was able to complete the cleaning in a very reasonable time. Even though our carpet is only one year old and not overly dirty; you could clearly see a difference upon completion of the service. The carpet looks and feels as if it is brand new.

Sam is the person that clean our carpet--he sprayed a cleaner-ran a electric brush over carpet then suse hot water to clean it--i like how he did his best to get as much water out of carpet as he could
