Good quick service and quality. The provider showed up on time and called ahead to alert me of his arrival. He was polite, careful to protect wall corners and furnishings from getting any contact with his equipment. He worked hard. He explained the process clearly and answered questions politely.

Noah was great. He explained what he was going to do and the cost before he started. I liked the fact that there is no soap residue and that the carpets weren't overly wet. We had one room that we thought would be difficult but it turned out better than our expectations. We will recommend Zerorez to others.
