Friendly timely service! Carpets look and smell treat

Carpet is fluffy and steps, especially, look like new. Carpet is soft to walk on. I also like the extra vacuum step that other companies do not do. Technicians were polite and professional. I had a receipt almost immediately after paying.

Robbie was professional. He was in and out in a flash but still did a very thorough job of explaining the process and after care.

The house smelled clean when I arrived home at the end of the day. I wasnt present for the actual cleaning of my carpets, so I hesitated to give a rating of 10, but by all accounts the representative did a good job. There were however, a few stains in the basement room that did not respond to the cleaning, but overall I'm pleased.

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn't judgmental and instead offered solutions. It only took him 45min to complete the job and our carpet smelled fresh and clean.

I love how clean my carpets look and how fresh my house smelled.

My carpets were a complete mess and the did a fabulous job getting them clean. I have cream colored carpet upstairs and there were grease spots from my mechanic son not taking off his work boots all over. They were able to get all this out. Along with a stain from a wax melter pot that wouldn’t come out. I would recommend and will definitely call them in the future

The guy that cleaned my carpets was very friendly and did a great job. For the price I thought he would be there longer or did more, but it was pretty straight forward. Still pricey though and for the price and all the cleaning he did I thought the clean refreshing smell would last longer too. The smell was totally gone in a day and half. You can't even tell if the carpets were clean now.
