The employee was actually early and very polite. The carpet (which is 20 years old) looked great when he was done and it dried really quickly ( in about 5 or 6 hours). I will definitely use them again.

Friendly staff from scheduling the appointment to the carpet cleaner himself explaining what he was going to do and my dark spots in carpet would likely still be there due to carpet fibers being worn down in traffic areas. Especially liked hearing that if we have any problems Zerorez could come out on the same day if the schedule was light that day. Good job. I will definitely call again.

It was easy to schedule an appointment on-line. The young man called us before arriving. He told us exactly how he would work his way through the house to clean the carpet. He calculated the final cost before starting and told us how long it would take him to complete the job. He was very friendly and did a great job.
