We appreciated the attentiveness the specialist gave us by LISTENING to our concerns. Michael also performed a stair cleaning at the end because we had changed our mind and wanted it done. The fresh smell was very nice and the carpet was not sticky. Some of the spots did not come out; but Michael told us he was not sure the rust spots would come out.
We were very pleased!

We were supposed to get a sample of Zerorez spot remover when we had carpet cleaned on Wednesday!?!?!?
The one who did our cleaning was very friendly and competent. Thank you!
