Could not be more pleased with my first experience with Zerorez.
Johnathon was timely and very thorough with explaining what and how our white microfiber couch would be cleaned. Even with this fabric being cleanable, I was concerned with how and what chemicals would be used if any. HUGE concern of mine.
I actually think this couch is whiter now then when it was delivered to the house.
The second larger chair and ottoman was cleaned and looks new as well.

We have already recommended Zerorez for both carpet cleaning and duct work and dryer vent cleaning. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Austin did an awesome job on the duct work and dryer vent cleanings. After having some construction done in our home we felt we should have them cleaned again since it had been 6 years since we had had it done.
