The ease of making an appointment. The products work! We have been customers for several years. We were very happy with the man who cleaned our carpets. He arrived on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable about the products and wanted to leave our carpets in the best condition. I want to have Alex clean our carpets in the future. He is a gem!

Very professional. Answered all my questions. Explained the process. And opened the dirt vacuum bin in the trailer so I good see just how much stuff was in our air ducts.They amount of dog hair was unbelievable.

I've used Zerorez for several years and wouldn't have any other company. The carpets look like new and stay clean for a long time, plus there is no soap residue left in the fibers. I highly recommend this company!
