I liked the professionalism and knowledge of the person taking my initial call ( heather) she answered all my questions and put me at ease that I had made the right choice , I received a text after the appt was made stating the rules of safety that would be followed by the staff coming to my home. Again I received text messages with times keeping me up to date so I could plan MY day around their coming. The technician called as they were on the way, he was professional and friendly, also knowledgeable, came on time, finished the work taking the time to explain how my rugs turned out the way they did, he cleaned up his equipment , took my payment and left

We are very happy with results provided by Robbie Russell! He eliminated several spots on breezeway indoor/outdoor carpet, brought the bright back to very dull bathroom grout & tile, and the family room carpet is so happy with itself that the spring is back in our steps!
