Very good job!

Business arrived within the window estimated. The technician called To notify when he was 15-20 minutes from arrival. The technician, Morino, was very friendly, professional and explained everything regarding the products, process and payment in detail prior to starting the cleaning. The technician also arrived wearing a mask and maintains a social distance. He also made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I was very happy with his service and would recommend zerorez to others. I would also consider requesting Morino when booking future cleanings if possible.

We had Alex as our Zerorez representitive who did a wonderful job on our family room carpet. Our lab had had episodes of vomiting 2 weeks prior and it was hard to mask the oder, no matter what we used. I explained to Alex that I have breathing problems and that stong smells causes me breathing problems. So, went deodorizing the carpet, he used less of the citrus agent, and it worked perfectly. We no longer smell vomit, and I had no breathing issues. As we are older, we also appreciated the no contact with payment and discussed his plan of cleaning over our phone. He is a kind and caring sounding man, whom I would ask for again! I will certainly recommend him and your company to our friends and acquaintances. Thank you!

Alex did a great job. My carpet looks really beautiful and clean.

Used your services twice before this and was pleased both times. Robbie was the specialist this time around and he was great from beginning to end. He explained each step to me, gave me the pricing and set expectations up front. Then he proceeded to bring my carpet back to life. I've got three dogs -- one of them almost 80 pounds of puppy. The carpet has taken a beating this year. But after the treatment, it looks fantastic. I am soooooo pleased -- and even surprised. Didn't expect it to bounce back so well.
