Service Tech was early which I really liked, when he came in he got right to work on cleaning our area rug and carpet on the landing going up stairs.
The service tech also advised best cleaning solution to get pet urine out of the carpet and padding , now I do not see where the stains were.
I am satisfied on how our area rug and carpet on the stairs look. I will recommend zerorez to anyone I know when it comes to cleaning carpet.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets, I believe his name was Argie (not sure how to spell it), was amazing! He was so thorough when I showed him where our dogs had accidents & he was very friendly. Our carpets are nice & clean as well!
