I had my carpet and ductwork cleaned with Zerorez. The carpet came out clean as I expected. I was thoroughly impressed with Theo, who came out to clean the ductwork. Very knowledgeable, very thorough and very helpful in helping me track down a broken connection in the dryer duct. Definitely went above and beyond what I expected, and the before and after photos he took clearly showed that his work made a difference.
There are very few chemicals used.

Zerorez is very responsive and accommodating. Absolutely love that the cleaning process is (somehow) soap/detergent-free! My only regret is not calling them sooner. It'll definitely become part of my periodic white-tornado cleaning regimen.
