I like the fact that there is no soap residue, the carpets always look great, even though they are older, and they stay clean longer. The technicians are always thorough with the cleaning, and they make sure I know about all the options available to me. I would not use any other cleaning company!

He called in advance to let me know what time he would be at the house, listened to my needs and allowed me to make some changes to my pre-planned approach.
