Jacob the technician was extremely knowledgeable on his product and his procedure. He was very friendly and very conscious have my personal items and for my health. He is an extreme professional and excellent at reassuring his client. I had dropped something and before he went to pick it up for me he asked if it was okay for him to pick it up. He has a natural instinct to help others but due to the COVID-19 he stops and ask before he touches someone's things just in case they don't want him to. The fact that he stops to think about this makes him a true asset to your company. Thank you

We like the fact that Zerorez is a green company and uses environmentally friendly products. We have been customers for a few years and have always received good service from their carpet cleaners, like the citrus fragrance remaining after a carpet cleaning, and appreciate their efforts to reduce and/or eliminate carpet odors caused by our pet.

The person doing it, Jacob, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all of the options and wasn't pushy just what he recommended.

The service was excellent! He explained what he was going to do, what we needed for certain areas and he completed the job in the time he estimated. He was professional, conscientious, answered all our questions and respectful of our home.

Zerorez was very good at communicating when they would be there and was very prompt on their timing. I was able to get it done the same day and the results were great!

Robbie Russell was great! He really scrubbed our tiles and they look like new floors. Our carpet needed a good cleaning and that is what we got. He called before his arrival and was professional and detail oriented.

I dont remember the employee who came to clean my carpets but they went above and beyond what I was expecting. He was very knowledgable and was very honest with what I needed to have done. I appreciated that he truly cared about cleaning my carpet and I had no doubt that they would be (almost) as good as new after talking with him before he got started. And I was right. Please reach out with the employee that cleaned my carpet because I would love to refer him to others.

It's chemical free. We have allergies and it's important not to have a bunch of chemicals and fragrances in the cleaning products.

First the Technician Marino Chess is a hard working very competent man, a pleasure to work with. Marino provided pictures of the duct work before and after. I asked him if he could email them to me and he was happy to do that. The difference was visible, our duct work is clean. We had the disinfectant applied also as an added precaution, it might help protect from the coronavirus, who knows? We are looking forward to relief from allergies. My wife and I are both in our very late 70's.
