I couldn’t be at the house during the service so he handled everything for me by phone, even sending a link for payment. It was not expensive either, in fact, the cleaning saved us $4,000 that we would have paid for new carpet. Thank you Robbie and Zerorez!

Zerorez and the technicians I had were awesome and took the extra time to explain everything for me. Also, I had a few areas that seemed to still show a little discoloration and Morino came out and recleaned these areas for free. The service I received from both the company and the technicians was top notch and something you don't see every day, so it was greatly appreciated!!
