Friendly, honest, quality service

Great service and they explain the process well.

It is so clean. There is no residue feel in the carpet. I walk barefoot in the house so I know it is different than other companies.
Also had a room area rug and 2 chairs cleaned. They didn't have to remove the rug from the hardwood floor. I felt the backing of the rug right after service person left and it was totally dry. The chairs also had no residue feel.

Very friendly service and great results! Saved the carpet from having to be replaced. Dogs had left bad stains in a few spots, Zerorez able to remove the stains and left the house smelling fresh!

Brandon was very knowledgeable and he was extremely nice to me. Nowadays it's hard to find good service these days and Brandon was a 20 instead of a 10!!!

I appreciated the before/after pictures that were shown to me after having our ducts cleaned and sanitized in our new home. It's comforting knowing the air is cleaner!

I would highly recommend Jaylen (the gentleman that actually cleaned our carpet). He did a great job explaining everything to me, he did a fabulous job in explaining about the pet odor (that we paid extra for) only does the top surface of the carpet not the pad, to have that done we’d have to pay extra again. My complaint is with the person that we booked the appointment with, why didn’t she explain that to us?
Our carpet does look better and smells better but the odor isn’t gone.

We liked the agent who performed the work, and we believe he did the best he could.

We were disappointed in the results of the cleaning, however. Most all of the areas that needed the most attention saw no appreciable change. The agent even told us, when he arrived, that high traffic areas would not see much change. He was right. We thought there would at least be some change, but that didn’t happen. Even some no traffic areas didn’t change either. Why would a carpet cleaning service not clean high traffic areas? We made a mistake allowing the cleaning to proceed, but we read there is a financial penalty for same day cancellation. We wouldn’t recommend Zerorez to other potential customers, nor do we think this review will be shared by Zerorez.

The gentleman that did the work did an excellent job and was very pleasant.
