Christian , the service man, was very polite and helpful and worked hard to care for my carpet. After he finished it looked clean and smelled good too.
He definitely needs a 10 rating for the very best service.
I had one really bad spot on the carpet in the lower level and he worked hard to try to eliminate it and it has lightened some but still there. Not his fault as it was a spot that resurfaced after about three years. Christian did mention that I had a 30 day warranty and that he would come back to attack it again it I wished. Since that is the only spot I have on the carpet throughout the house I would like to take him up on the offer to come back and try one more time . Please arrange that for me if you could.

Tech thoroughly went over carpets, explained services offered, and helped decide which particular services I needed. He went right to work, and got out spots I really didn't think would come out. The carpets look, smell, and feel so much better now!

Robbie knocked all three out of the park. He was very friendly when he arrived and clear about what he was going to do.
