The tech, Augie, was wonderful! He was very professional, kind, and informative about the process. The carpets look great! I can see a vast improvement and appreciate how much cleaner the house feels as a result.

It was very easy and the tech was super polite and professional! I will say it would have been good to know when I booked that furniture needed to stay off for 12-24 hours and it would have been good to have been offered the stain protection on that call too. When the tech was there and asked me about it, I had too much going on and said no but now really wishing I would have done it.
