We have used zerorez a couple of times. They have literally saved our carpet more than once! We have a German Shepherd puppy that ended up with a stomach parasite and had diarrhea all over our living room carpet. I bawled thinking there was nothing I could do but rip out carpet. I did everything I could with my carpet cleaner and then had zerorez come in to clean as well. They were able to get EVERYTHING out of the carpet! A few weeks ago our sumpump stopped working and we didn’t noticed until a couple days later. Our basement carpet was soaked and reeked. I did everything I could with my carpet cleaner again and then zerorez came in to clean as well. They again saved the carpet and got rid of the wet basement smell. Whatever products they use have done literal miracles on my carpets! I will continue to use zerorez for any other carpet catastrophe I have.
