It was easy to set up the appointment, and I was able to get the date and time I wanted. Augie, my service person, called when he was on his way and showed up right on time. He explained everything so I knew exactly what would happen and confirmed what I wanted done. He then gave me the price which was very reasonable. But the best part is ... he did a GREAT job! My carpets are SO much cleaner. Plus, for a small additional cost, he was able to scotchgard the living, dining room areas and the stairs. Thought that was a great idea! I'm very happy and will be using Zerorez again.
