The technician was on time (called to OK an early arrival) and was friendly and cleanly dressed. He worked quickly and was done in less than an hour. He asked me to check the job to be sure I was satisfied. It looked great. The cost was the same as agreed upon when I scheduled it.

Don't rush the tough spots, go over them twice on your watch so that I know you are looking after my best interest. I had to ask for the technician to go over the 4 small areas where it was obvious that it needed extra attention.

I am very pleased with Zerorez. I have used them for years now, and have recommended them to many of my friends.
