I like that you use 'empowered water' instead of some type of soap or chemical. And stains that were on the carpet are gone with this cleaning. The technician did a very thorough cleaning, answered my questions, and gave me information about what he was doing and the final results.

I love that they only use water and enzyme cleaners. No problems with allergies or sensitivities. Also no chemical smell, just fresh and clean.
