As a former restoration expert, he was able to help us address our unique situation in which we had wet spots on our carpet from our house humidifier and weren't sure if we could just clean them or would need to pull them up. He offered a sub-floor treatment and lots of explanation. He was amazing!
We have had excellent service and very satisfactory results with the cleanliness of our carpets, with one exception. Service before this last our carpet wasn't vey clean, we had to have a second cleaning a week later, and it was very wet. We decided t give it another chance and this time felt that the cleaning was thorough and dried very quickly. We were impressed with the service person and his care.

This is the second year in a row I have had Zerorez. Love it. The carpet is always fresh and clean when the are done. No chemicals. It also dries faster.
One of the special things about Zerorez, the gentleman they have to do the job. They are always very clean cut and very personable, and likeable.
Honest prices! What you are quoted is what you pay, not a bunch of hidden up charges. Great service, called when about 30 minutes away. Carpet looks great, not crunchy after being cleaned, but soft! No “wet dog smell”. Carpets were cleaned in late afternoon and were completely dry by next morning!

I have been using Zerorez for 6 years now and will not use anyone else. They are on time with in the window they give you. Cleaning is quick and well done. After finishing the cleaning, the carpet is dry with in 8 hours. It has taken 24 hours with other companies. The technicians are always friendly, polite and professional. If you think about it the name say's it all.
