The products used have no fragrance. They always offer options with no pressure. They clean a variety of spaces. They seem to get things clean. My carpets dry very fast. I've only had one bad team of service representatives in the 8 years I've been using zerorez.

I like that you use 'empowered water' instead of some type of soap or chemical. And stains that were on the carpet are gone with this cleaning. The technician did a very thorough cleaning, answered my questions, and gave me information about what he was doing and the final results.
