Great cleaning, plus the technician was able to repair some bad carpet damage and did an excellent job of it. I had no hope the area could be fixed as dogs had ripped it up and purple paint or polish had been spilled nearby. They cleaned the purple out and patched the ripped up carpet using a piece from a closet, and it the patch is barely noticeable.
I was very happy with another carpet cleaning service but I could not schedule them quickly enough to put the house on the market. So I checked Tom Martino's Troubleshooter Referral list, which I always use, found Zerorez, who also advertises on KNUS, decided to use them, and I am going to be using them again!

Always on time, do a great job, my carpets look so nice when they are done. I like the fact that this system does not use detergents that leave residues that atracks dirt faster. My carpet dries fast and looks its best even though some of my carpet is 15 years old..... amazing.

Like the lack of chemicals to clean the carpets. The guys who came out were friendly, very courteous, did a great job! Your process makes sure hoses don't bang walls you do not track in dirt etc. you cost a bit more but worth it!
