I was having a bad day. Thought I lost my main credit card so I charged the cleaning to another that I don't prefer. Turns out I just misplaced it and accounting help me cancle the original charge and charge it to me prefered card.
Eliijah (carpet tech) and I had a small misunderstand becuase I was not clear. Once I made my request clear he graciously cleaned the stiars even though everything was almost already packed/cleaned up.

Luis came and cleaned our carpets. He did an amazing job. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to get all out stains out and explained every step he was taking. I would highly recommend them and especially Luis. He was awesome.

I especially like that you don’t use chemicals. And the cleaners have always done a great job and are friendly, yet professional.

The technician was prompt with regards to the appointment time. When he came into the house he was prepared to cover his shoes with boot covers if needed. He explained the process step by step, and showed me the results of the stage in which the floor is suctioned to pull any pet hair from the pad and the carpet. I was amazed to see what was there.
The process was quickly completed and I am glad I had the work done by zerorez.

Jake came and cleaned our carpets. He was a very polite young man who showed a personal interest in the outcome of Zerorez services. He was punctual got right to work. The carpets look fantastic . . . why did I wait so long?!!! I would recommend them to anyone. And, we need the upstairs carpet cleaned and will definitely arrange for Zerorez.

Timely. Very good recognition. He was polite . Did a very good job. I must say I was surprised by the final price. Not sure what the three rooms were. We had a small part of living room and a area rug that covered the remaining part of living room. Thought that should have been only one charge. Not an additional charge. Got charged for hallway upstairs separately. Thought that should have been considered one of the three room charges, not extra.

I the cleaning was very thorough and I really liked the end product!! The young man who performed the cleaning was informative, kind, and produced an excellent end product. I will call you again the next time
