No smell-dries quickly-great service
No chemicals and hopefully no residue, seems to clean very well, appointment times kept, friendly workers, no damage done in either of two visits.
We have always used another brand name company to clean our carpets, and honestly tthe results improved the look of our carpets but not greatly. Without calling by name, let me say it is a four letter word. 😉
After having Zerorez out for the first time, we will never use another carpet cleaning company. Seriously, our seven year old carpets look like they were just installed! Your carpet technitcian Jay was knowledgeable and took the time to address any of our concerns since this was our first experience with Zerorex.
