The individual was very polite and professional - I was pleasantly surprised. Did a good job and didn't take too long. Carpet appears very clean now - like when I 1st bought it. I will definitely have them do it next year as well. You should advertise more - would never have known about you had I not just happened to be tuned in to channel 7 on that morning ...

Carpet looks very nice. Pleasant smell after cleaning. The traffic areas came out better than and dry time was much shorter than with previous companies that we have used. Techs were polite and efficient.

We especially enjoyed working with Alexander. He was a high quality representative of your company. As a retired sales person, I knew he was "upselling" us as he went thru the product/services offered by your company, but he was so professional & considerate as he did it that I didn't mind his "canned" approach. Friendly, outgoing, a little too concerned about his tattoos possibly offending others from my point of view. Little disappointed when he told us that unlike most of your competitors, that our carpet would like be dry in about 8 hrs. Not only wasn't it 8, but wasn't completely dry so we didn't feel water as we walked on our carper until the next morning. This my 1st experience with your company (heard it on KOA 850 radio), & if Alexander is like the rest of your service team, your company will have a great future. He's a keeper & so is your cleaning process. So glad we chose you & not several of the companies we have used in the past. Can use my words in advertising, but NOT my name. Please respect that. Thank you...a customer for life
