Carpets are clean and fresh, and they stay that way much longer than when I clean them myself. Josh is friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely continue to use these services and recommend them to others.

We had our carpets cleaned for the second time by Zerorez last week. We also had some upholstery cleaned this time. As with the first time, we are extremely happy with the results. I especially like that no chemicals were used and no crunch feel left on our carpet. Part of our carpet is 25 years old and looks almost like new after Zerorez gets through. We have had other companies clean this carpet before and always feels like dirty water left in carpet. Josh was our technician last week and he couldn't have been nicer and patiently answered all my questions. He did not try to push extra services on us. We won't be using any other carpet cleaning company but Zerorez in the future.

The gentleman that did the service yesterday listened to my displeasure about the last time Zerorez cleaned my carpeting. He took all of the necessary time needed to ensure I was satisfied and made sure I understood the need to contact the company if the work did not meet my expectation.
