I am very please with the cleaning of my carpet from Zerorez i have not been able to get the results from any other carpet cleaning like I received from Zerorez. I have gone back day after day & looked at my carpet to see if the heavy walk areas can be seen and I am pleased to say that they have not returned as yet. Other companies have disappointed me when after a day or so the walk areas look like they haven't been cleaned, and I have not had that problem with Zerorez. I do plan on having Zerorez clean my carpet from now on and I will recommend them to all my family & friends.

Keagen was the technician that cleaned our carpets. He was on time, courteous and explained what the process was. I was amazed at how good our carpets looked and felt to the touch, there wasn’t a residue, they almost felt like brand new. Turn around time from when I called to schedule the service and when the tech actually showed up to do the service was great, especially considering this is a very busy time of year. The tech was very professional and friendly! He did an awesome job cleaning my sofa and side chair along with the carpet in the family room. He also cleaned twelve stairs that went to the second level and the landing at the top of the two story. I would definitely call Zerorez again for any cleaning job that I may need done. Thank you Zerorez - I am now ready for the holidays!
