Because there are not a lot of chemicals used in the process, the carpet stays cleaner longer. There is not a residual perfume-like smell after the carpets are cleaned, just clean!

We like the Service Technician, Kenny who cleaned our rugs. He is very professional and gets the rugs clean. This is the second year we've requested Kenny and will do so in the Fall of 2020. I also like the process in which the rugs are cleaned. They are cleaned in the morning and dry by the afternoon.
