The technician did an excellent job cleaning my very soiled stairs from the garage up to the main living area. For the few areas that needed a redo, Zerorez quickly sent out another technician who remedied my concerns. Both workers were courteous and competent. I highly recommend using Zerorez.

We have tried a couple of other carpet cleaners but they always left a residue of soap on our carpets which eventually attracted stains. We are very pleased with our experience with Zerorez. . Can't believe how clean are carpets look and feel after getting your services. The pet accidents are practically removed from the carpet and our house smells so much better. Also with the protective spray at the end stains are removed so much easier when they do happen.
