For me the one thing that always stands out is the quality of your technicians. They walk through your home both pre and post cleaning and go over everything you want done on that particular visit. They take the time to ask you what areas are of particular concern and what you expect to see when the work is done. Once completed they just don’t pack up and leave, they take the time to once again walk you through each room and point out things that they notices while cleaning the carpets. I appreciate of course the great job they do cleaning the carpets. They always come out looking like new, even the carpets that are more than 10 years old!!! Thank you!! Toby Rampa

I am so happy with the attention to detail that your technicians provide and the products they use. Carpet cleaning is carpet cleaning, however the proof comes in not only how the carpet looks the day it is cleaned, but how the carpet looks a month later. We have had a wet spring and with 8 little paws going in and out, the carpet took a beating. Zerorez made our 30 year old carpet look new again and it looks, smells and feels amazing!! Thank you so much!!

The service was excellent!

The tech was great. He communicated when he was on his way and if he could show up a little before my appointment time. We did a walk through on the pet areas and what the plan would be to best take care of them. He started and worked through the house and was done in a hour. I’m pleased with how the carpets turned out. And will be calling Zerorez for future cleaning.
