The service provided was amazing. Thomas Keegan was the nicest guy and walked me through everything he could do to make the carpets look better. We discussed a plan and he got to work. He was done with just under two hours and the carpets looked spectacular. The house smelled clean and carpets feel wonderful!

The tech you sent for my carpet cleaning (I believe his name is Alexander) did a very thorough job and actually got out my "dirt paths". It looks great.
Also, I chose ZeroRez because I understand you use a high-powered water and no chemicals; however, I believe Alexander might have had to use some chemicals to get my "dirt path" clean.
