Staff are responsive, professional, and thorough. Our tech did an amazing job, answered all my questions, and was fast and efficient. The carpets look new (and that's saying a lot...we have 3 little boys) and our couch was cleaned top to bottom, crack to crevice - now it's like new!

Each time we have had our rugs cleaned, it has made our house look so fresh and lovely to look at.

The gentleman who came to my house was honest, forthcoming, and very flexible. It's the best customer service I've ever encountered. And my carpets are clean!

Zerorez is always on time and has excellent pre-job and onsite customer service. They do a fantastic job, and the product they use makes the carpet dry very fast without a lot of harsh chemicals. I have used other carpet cleaning companies, but I will continue to exclusively use Zerorez.

The technician who did the cleaning and bio treatment was professional, knew the product he was working with, and did a fantastic job on carpet of unknown age. When finished, the carpet, which was stained with pet messes and other soil, looked brand new.

After cleaning my carpets look like new. Stairs looked like needed to be replaced but not now. Price was reasonable.

We Love Ya'll! We've used ya'll many times, and will continue to do so because of your products and the people that come out. We've had different men every time, which can be a bad sign, but every time all the men have been wonderful and very respectful. If I had to pick what was better the product or the service, I would have a hard time because they're both Great!
